Murasuzume Making Experience (Kikkodo Bikan Store)

A hands-on session for baking Kurashiki confectionery Murasuzume and eating it on the spot.

Participants cook thin batter on a hot plate and fold it around sweet red-bean paste inside Tachibana Kōdō’s shop. Individuals can usually join without booking, while age and height conditions apply and groups of ten or more must contact the operator in advance. Same-day operation should be confirmed before visiting.
