A reinforced concrete building built in 1960 was converted into an art museum in 1983. Focusing on Japanese paintings by Yoson Ikeda, the venue presents artists related to the region, such as Kazuo Sakata, Shinichi Saito, Showasai Ohno, and Kazuo Okazaki, through rotating exhibits.
