A former pharmacy converted into a complex of shops, a memorial room and a rooftop observation deck.

Renovated in 2012, the building houses eight tenants spanning denim, household goods, furniture, food and drink. A second-floor memorial room preserves a medicine cabinet and shop curtain, while the third-floor deck looks over the roofs of the Bikan Historical Quarter.
