Azumi
A handmade soba shop located west of the Ohara Museum of Art. It serves soba inherited from Shinshu in Kurashiki.

The founder moved from Shinshū to Kurashiki at the invitation of Sōichirō Ohara, and the shop has operated beside the museum for about 50 years. The third generation now makes whole-ground soba by hand, serving it in dishes such as tororo soba and tempura zaru soba.
